Our Story

Naomi is passionate about people and enabling them to be the best they can be in the world that they live in.  Her natural curiosity and love of learning enables her to create insights quickly and effectively to achieve the results clients are looking for.  Naomi has extensive experience developing individuals and organisations through management and leadership development, change management, performance and talent management and 121 coaching.  She started her career as a front line manager and has developed through operational roles and projects before specialising in learning and development, giving her real life insights in to the challenges organisations face.  As you would expect she is accredited to deliver a variety of psychometric tools and is an NLP Master Practitioner, you can see Naomi’s LinkedIn profile here.

Ian's passions are for management and leadership and the disciplines of business planning, strategy, policy and performance.  You can see his LinkedIn profile here.  An NLP Master Practitioner with a PGDip (distinction) in Business Studies from Newcastle Business school and direct experience of leadership roles up to CEO level, Ian combines a sound academic knowledge base with extensive experience of the real-life practicalities of leading complex organisations.

Having worked as an associate consultant for Maoni Consulting on a part-time basis since 2015, Naomi left permanent employment in early 2017 to follow her passion for values-led change and enabling people to be the best, to drive the business forward on a full-time basis.

Ian is currently employed on a full-time basis as a public sector CEO but remains available for bespoke consulting interventions to supplement Naomi's skills and experience as required.
